and getting sick all the time.
It wasn't until I committed to a daily meditation practice and mindset work that things began to shift for me. I found that the more I committed to this work, the better I felt overall. My sleep improved, my skin healed, I became kinder to myself, and I felt a level of ease I had never experienced before.
My goal has always been to make these tools approachable and enjoyable so you too can tap into these powerful practices and create lasting change. I’m here to guide you to continue showing up for yourself so you can feel your best and show up for your life.

Before starting Mind Shift, Danica spent several years working with high-growth tech companies. She received her bachelor's degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and went on to be certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She completed her formal meditation training in New York City with MNDFL, is a certified NLP and EFT practitioner, and has trained with Google's SIYLI Program.
